Shipping Information

In this document: us, we and our refers to ONSTRIKE INDUSTRIES (ABN 38 636 730 347); and, business days means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, public or bank holiday in the place where an act is to be performed.

Costs

You will be informed of the shipping costs for your order at the time of order, with shipping costs stated in the currency you have selected.

Delivery

You will be informed of the estimated delivery time for your order at the time of order. Please note we ship via third party providers which are not under our control, so unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Orders must be signed for on delivery. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you how to collect the order. Orders will be held at the delivery service for a short time. Should you not respond to the calling card in a timely manner, the order may be returned to us. In that event, the original shipping charges are non-refundable and further shipping charges may apply.

International Delivery

Please note that we are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, excise, tariffs or other charges that may be levied or incurred in relation to the delivery of any order outside of Australia. As a general guide, the estimated delivery times for any order placed during a pre-order window will typically range from 40-90 business days from the closure of the pre-order window and receipt of all payments required upon placement of all orders during the pre-order window, whichever is the later.
